A Development Director of one of Europe’s top Business
Schools realised the need to enhance their impact,
particularly when dealing with senior academics - a
daunting task at the best of times!
The Director completed a personal assessment and
three intensive half day coaching sessions with
an HFI coach. HFI coaches are business psychologists
and use the assessment to identify the strengths of
the individual and build on those strengths. The coaching
provided easy to use models and tactics to change the
Director's behaviour immediately in the workplace.
Feedback from senior managers emphasized improvement
in the way in which the Director now communicates
and concluded HFI's coaching approach was '
