PERFORMANCE COACHING |
|
Performance Coaching is the fastest and most effective method of developing
members of staff. Good coaching leads to self-motivation and an attitude that
is oriented towards solutions and continual improvement rather than problems
and avoidance. Coaching differs from mentoring in that you do not need
experience of the issues to help and support someone to improve their
performance. This practical workshop will provide you with the tools and
skills necessary to become an outstanding coach.
