Performance Coaching is the fastest and most effective method of developing members of staff. Good coaching leads to self-motivation and an attitude that is oriented towards solutions and continual improvement rather than problems and avoidance. Coaching differs from mentoring in that you do not need experience of the issues to help and support someone to improve their performance. This practical workshop will provide you with the tools and skills necessary to become an outstanding coach.
