Change affects every aspect of business – the people, the processes and the strategies. Change initiatives are ever more necessary as companies strive to become even more competitive – however, it is vital the organisation has the managerial skills to deliver success. The workshop will provide participants with a thorough grounding in the key skills of managing change. It will be a practical workshop, enabling the participant to effectively manage and respond to strategic, tactical and operational change.

  • Identify the main components involved in managing change
  • Use a series of models to help the participant and their staff manage change more effectively.
