Change initiatives are ever more necessary as companies strive to become even more

During the two day programme, participants will learn the techniques and build the

- Understand their responsibilities when leading staff through periods of change and
uncertainty
- Identify the main barriers to change, creating strategies for resistance and uncertainty
- Identify the main components involved in managing change
- Use a series of models to help the participant and their staff manage change more
effectively.
