Once you have completed the booking form, Human Factors will contact your participant,
organise the most appropriate location and assign a local, fully qualified administrator
to guide them through the assessment. We will then interpret the results and provide
you with a full, written report within 48 hours. Where more urgent results are required,
we can provide this by telephone within an hour of the assessment.

Self Service |

If you have completed appropriate training then you can register with Human Factors.
We are then able to provide you with access to all of the materials needed to administer
your own assessments, allowing you greater flexibility whilst also reducing your
assessment costs. Of course we will still support you with a telephone helpdesk
as well as expert interpretation of the results and written reports.

Five Star assessment

Determine the personal characteristics required for future success of senior executives,
ensuring you make the right selection decisions and allowing them to understand
how to maximise their potential. Five Star Assessments include a full battery of
psychometric assessments, structured interviews and simulation exercises to test
how a candidate applies themselves to challenging business situations. The written
report can be adapted to include areas of specific interest to you. The report and
videos of interviews, presentations and other exercises are provided within 48 hours.
If more urgent results are required, these can be provided by telephone within one
hour of the assessment. Five Star Assessments require the Full-Service administration
option.

Four Star assessment

An extensive, four hour assessment that incorporates a comprehensive, sixteen factor
personality questionnaire with tests, exercises and case studies chosen to measure
the participant’s ability to perform in their current role and their potential to
develop in the future.When combined with the Developmental Feedback option, this
is an excellent management or executive development intervention. And the detailed,
objective report is ideal for informing your senior management selection decisions.

Three Star assessment

Human Factors will analyse your job description and work with you to determine the
most appropriate assessment package and an ideal profile. The resulting two hour
assessment will include a personality questionnaire, general reasoning tests, and
other exercises and case studies chosen to specifically measure the most important
competencies for the job role. The report can be matched to the ideal profile and
can incorporate interview questions if required. This is ideal for management and
executive selection or as part of an assessment or development centre.

Two Star assessment

This assessment provides a targeted individual assessment matched against job title
and seniority, eg sales manager or financial executive. The resulting report will
identify generic areas of strength or development needs which can be used for personal
development or to support graduate or management selection decisions.

One Star assessment
|
|
|
|
The one star assessment will help you to distinguish those applicants who meet basic
requirements from those who are definitely not suitable. It is also a useful addition
to personal development programmes, helping to raise self awareness. The half hour
assessment consists of a personality questionnaire and verbal and numerical ability
tests. Minimal training is required for you or your hiring managers to administer
these assessments under Self-Service and reports will be emailed to you within a
few minutes of completion.

Human Factors’ wide range of tests, questionnaires and exercises are suitable for
screening, selection and development applications and are available in most major
languages. Individual test purchase is only available to individuals who have appropriate

Feedback Options
Developmental Feedback
Ideal for successful applicants of senior job roles or for executives looking to
improve their performance. Developmental feedback consists of a half day with a
consultant. During this time the results of the assessment will be explored in the
context of the job role. The outcome is an action plan and set of methods for exploiting
key strengths and minimising the impact of any weaknesses.
Telephone Feedback
A thirty minute telephone discussion will provide your participants with a personalised
summary of the assessment results. Telephone Feedback will not discuss the specific
job role or the selection decision, but will focus on the individual’s results.
