Human Factors can take away the pain of administering 360's, and provide you with clear and structured feedback. You can use HFI's well researched and proven essential management competencies, or incorporate your organisation's own competencies into a bespoke questionnaire. The online questionnaire is confidential and easy to use. The reports are clear and well structured and HFI consultants are on hand to offer advice and assistance throughout the process.

Human Factors coaching is directly aimed at improving your performance at work. The first stage of our coaching is always a personal profiling assessment. This is followed by an initial half day of focussed one to one coaching with a senior consultant. Quick-win strategies that can be used immediately to improve the effectiveness of interactions at work will be identified and you will work with the consultant to develop your own Personal Development Plan.
