This comprehensive course provides participants with the skills, knowledge and appropriate qualifications to use psychometric tests in accordance with policy and fair practices laid down by the British Psychological Society. This qualification also allows access to several restricted psychometric tests designed specifically for workplace selection and development.
The course is 5-days in duration comprising 3 days distance learning and a 2-day interactive workshop held in our Central London offices, or in-house for groups of up to 8 delegates.

During the distance learning and two day programme, participants will learn the techniques and build the skills that will allow them to take control of the psychometric testing process, by being able to:

  • Competently administer online and pencil and paper assessments
  • Interpret ability test results and provide meaningful feedback
  • Integrate psychometric assessments into the overall selection process
