course will provide you with the skills and confidence to bring the right people
into the right jobs and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
On the course participants will learn how to make the right recruitment decisions
and avoid costly selection errors. They will have the opportunity to take psychometric
assessments themselves, administer an assessment session and interpret the report.

- Manage large recruitment drives with competent systems and strategies including
SAFs; screening the longlist; choosing the shortlist

- Administration of online tests
- Interpreting HFI’s Scope tests
- Assessment Centres
- Effective interviewing skills
- Managing performance during probationary periods

During the two day programme, participants will learn the techniques and build the
skills that will allow them to:
- Improve their recruitment process and manage recruitment drives
- A understanding of a competency model to avoid poor selection
- Administer HFI’s psychometric tests
- Interpret HFI’s psychometric assessments
- Run and observe on Assessment Centres
- Interview effectively
