  • Administration of online tests
  • Interpreting HFI’s Scope tests
  • Assessment Centres
  • Effective interviewing skills
  • Managing performance during probationary periods

During the two day programme, participants will learn the techniques and build the skills that will allow them to:

  • Improve their recruitment process and manage recruitment drives
  • A understanding of a competency model to avoid poor selection
  • Administer HFI’s psychometric tests
  • Interpret HFI’s psychometric assessments
  • Run and observe on Assessment Centres
  • Interview effectively
