We are seeking a Senior Consultant with at least six years of consulting or business experience in international management and leadership development to join our Central London team and head up our established and growing Talent Development business.

The role includes:
  • Overseeing all of our development consultancy activity including workshops, coaching and development programmes in a range of management and leadership topics.
  • Growing our personal development and internet coaching business.
  • Delivering individual coaching and group workshops for senior managers.
  • Maintaining quality standards, and organising and training HFI and associate consultants.
  • Analysing clients' requirements, designing solutions and producing project proposals.
  • Actively assisting with business development, sales and account management.
The role will suite an individual with:
  • A degree and a post-graduate qualification in Psychology or Management or a related area.

We are seeking a Chartered Business Psychologist with at least six years of international organisation development consultancy experience to join our experienced OD team and ensure continued growth in this area.

The role includes:
  • Designing and delivering organisation development interventions including management audits, succession plans, competency models, culture reviews and development programmes.
  • Analysing clients' requirements, designing solutions and producing project proposals.
  • Actively assisting with business development, sales and account management.
The role will suite an individual with:
  • A degree and a post-graduate qualification in Psychology or Management or a related area.
  • BPS Level A and Level B.
  • Chartered Psychologist status.

Business Psychologist

We are seeking a Business Psychologist with at least two years of consulting or business experience in assessment to join our international assessment team in Central London.

The role includes:
  • Administering a wide range of psychometric assessments, analysing and interpreting data, writing reports and providing feedback.
  • Managing international assessment projects from initial competency design through to assessment and feedback.
  • Managing 360 degree feedback projects from establishing objectives to delivery and follow up support.
  • Facilitating Assessment and Development Centres, workshops and other development interventions.
  • Analysing clients' requirements, designing solutions and producing project proposals.
  • Actively assisting with business development, sales and account management.
The role will suite an individual with:
  • A degree and a post-graduate qualification in Psychology or Management or a related area.
  • BPS Level A and Level B.
  • Chartered Psychologist status (or working towards Chartership).
  • A track record in designing and delivering assessment solutions at middle and senior management level.
  • A proven ability to work face-to-face with HR managers and business executives.

Software Developer
London Based

We are seeking a software developer with at least two years experience of development in a commercial environment, to join our small Central London development team.

In a challenging and busy environment, your primary function will be to work as part of the development team where you will be using the latest .Net technologies in the full lifecycle of software development, from specification and design, to implementation, testing and deployment. Previous experience of developing internet software using Microsoft technologies such as VB.Net and SQL Server is essential. In this role you will be working with other areas of the business to provide information and develop solutions to client issues.

In addition you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and maintenance of the IIS web server and associated SQL server. Previous experience of DB administration is not essential but would be a benefit.

The successful candidate needs to be an excellent communicator, a team player with a hands-on approach, who is able to take ownership of problems, and work to tight timescales.
